In an over-zealous attempt to remove comment spam last week, I apparently added the IP address of our server to the banned list, meaning that anyone who wanted to make a comment to one of our posts — including me or Jason — was blocked from doing so.
The problem was been fixed, which will come as great relief to the eight people who read this blog, as well as the dozens of spammers who stop by to sell us pills and potions.

Are you using MT-Blacklist?

Indeed we are. I am hopeful that when we upgrade to MT 3.0 we'll be even better off, but we are using the old, MT 2.x version of Jay Allen's tool right now.
