Curse Lifted For a Night

I think it’s sweet that Red Sox hitters, led by Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz, are hitting home runs in the All-Star Game. Apparently the Curse of the Bambino is lifted for All-Star purposes.
But you know why it’s been lifted? So that the Sox hitters can help the AL win the game, thereby guaranteeing home field advantage in the World Series for the Yankees.
Boy, Red Sox Nation must be proud.
