Idiots Write About Sports

By now, you’ve probably noticed that we’ve changed things around here at the Idiot Sports weblog, with a nifty new design and color scheme. And by “we,” I mean “Jason,” since he did all the work and I couldn’t even design one of those construction paper turkeys where you trace your own hand. It was the pinkie that always threw me.

But just in case you’re thinking the snazzy new look means a dramatic change in editorial policy, you can rest easy that we’ll be as inept and unprofessional as always. Witness the fact that for the second time in as many months, my zeal to ban all spammers to the infernal regions wound up disabling the comments feature on the Web site. I will never rest in my tireless efforts to drive those who would pimp their poker and home mortgage Web sites into the sea, even if it means a series of public and increasingly disastrous gaffes.

The commenting feature’s been restored, by the way.
