Oh sure… you can sit down and write a poorly thought-out treatise about who should or should not be on the All Star team. Or, you could save time by hanging out at Major League Baseball’s online store and have them spoil most of the roster announcements for you with their AL and NL merchandise. Just go the “Please Choose” drop down menu and prepare to be spoiled.

Looking at the AL jerseys, my last-minute decisions to cut Kenny Rogers and Grady Sizemore from my own list of All-Star contenders has proven regrettable. Also, there is no Athletic represented on the drop-down menu. I’m taking this as confirmation that Oakland will have only one representative in Pittsburgh.
