On the Rose Bowl

That 23-9 loss to USC isn’t looking so bad now, eh?

Cal looked much better than Michigan looked today, I’ll tell you that.

Agreed Jason. I believe USC will again be the preeminent threat in 2007.

Most definitely. It's further proof that nobody, and I mean nobody, is going to come beat a bowl bound Pac-10 team with a one-dimensional offense. Not Texas A&M, not Michigan, not any team. Pac-10 defenses see too many balanced offenses to be beat by anything one-dimensional.

Another note about the Rose Bowl, Carrol is a class act. When asked about not being in the championship game before the game he said, "we didn't win the games to deserve to be there."

What's the word on Longshore returning next year?

He's not going anywhere... not even on his Mormon mission, apparently.

Jason how much do you think we will lose, with Lynch going to the draft... And talking with some players they said that backup quarterback Kyle Reed is amazing, do you think there might be a battle for starting quarterback next year or are we for sure sticking with Longshore.
